 | Service Manager - Mark Perlstein I am Mark Perlstein, Service Manager at Boulevard Cadillac. I have started out as a technician for Jim Willingham at Boulevard Buick, and here I am 3 decades later, running the Service Department for his son Brad and partner Ron. I pride myself on a well trained staff of technicians, I myself, have passed 560 General Motors training courses, and expect no less from my guys. I was born and raised right here in Long Beach, so it is very important to me to take care of my neighbors and ensure their complete satisfaction. Boulevard has always been a respected name in the Long Beach area, I am proud to be a part of the family. | | | |  | Service Advisor - Robbie Jones My name is Robbie Jones, Master Service Advisor with Boulevard Cadillac. I have worked with Cadillac for 42 years now, starting out as a parts driver. Over the last 4 decades, I have seen lots of great cars, met lots of terrific people, married a wonderful woman, and raised 3 beautiful children (6 if you count my Labradors). Now in the most recent chapter of my life in a dealership, I am working for The Boulevard family and I am finding it to be a fun, friendly, family run organization that truly cares about their customers.

I started in the dealership because for my love of cars and my step father was a salesman and thought I would do well in the business. So I found my niche in the service side. I enjoy the all the new people I meet on a daily basis, and I’m always looking forward to what products Cadillac has in store.

I love cars, big cars, model cars, cars are my hobby, but my 3 children are my life. Working at Boulevard, I get to experience all the wonderful classics Cadillac has made over the years, but the best part is the great people, customers and my co-workers, that I get to spend the day with. | | | |  | Service Advisor - Ted Stark My name is Ted Stark, Master Service Advisor with Boulevard Cadillac. Originally from Oregon, I came to Southern California while on a tour of duty with the Marine Corps and decided I liked the area and wanted to make it my home. I’ve been working at in dealerships for almost 3 decades, raising a family of 5 great kids who have given me 5 terrific grandchildren. Like most men, I’m a golfer and fisherman on my off time. I’ve with this dealership for 6 years and hope to be part of the Boulevard family for many years to come. | | | |  | Service Advisor - Rudy Ochoa I am Rudy Ochoa. Master Service Advisor for Boulevard Cadillac. I got into this business by chance when I was offered a job as a mechanic’s apprentice 32 years ago, and it has paid off with no regrets. It has made it possible for me to have the means and the time to raise 3 beautiful daughters, do a little golfing and fishing and spend time with my awesome little grandson. Now being part of the Boulevard family, I am working with all of my colleagues from the previous ownership and have met a lot more great people from the new ownership. |
